Definately Yahoo! Mail especially the new beta. It's a big step forward.

Hotmail : Nice color, a bit complication to links i mean to say not that much user friendly still good search option
Gmail : Although new has a lot of features. Good to use, Best Storage and Search option. Image preview is the best features......
Now You can decide depending on ur use.....
