Tell me why! I want a new email adress. And does gmail have unlimited storage?

Sorry, Yahoo. Hotmail, to me, is a distant 3rd-(one reason why-pitiful servers for security code verification). Gmail is the absolute best, because of all the extra features. Such as:





1. Continuous expanding memory for storage. At the last point I logged in, my own account had nearly 8Gb of storage. Each time you log in, the number is shown increasing in the decimal range of hundreds of kilobytes per second. This means, in only a few minutes, several Megabytes are added. In 24 hours, another hundred Megs may be added.


2. Spam filter. Yes, the others have junk mail, like Yahoo, but I like Google better.


3. Live chat option. Yahoo is the only other one I know that has this simultaneous feature, if a person who sent you is known to be available, you can actually chat while looking at mail in the inbox.


4. Calendar. Yes, this is truly amazing-Gmail is the only one that produces a calendar that is adaptable, customizable, and up-datable.


5. Google is advanced enough to be considered eligible for businesses, and offers itself to businesses. One reason is the feature called Google Documents-it is a document viewer that allows you to see an attachment without downloading it. Cool, Yes?!!
Reply:You should use Gmail! Here is why:


1) Gmail is ranked # 2 in storage space! It's not unlimited but the megabytes increase every second. Making it almost unlimited.


2) The speed is amazing! The moment you click, the moment your there in ure inbox. Sent mail etc.


3) Its easy. Instead of going up and down trying to find your messages. Its stored rite there! 1 conversation.


4) Although Yahoo! is known for it's features. Gmail improves almost every month. Sure yahoo has answers and stuff. But it just makes the community look bad. Example. People complain about Yahoo! mail.


5) I used to be a fan of Yahoo! But it doesnt give me many options to choose from. Gmail now has more themes that Yahoo!


6) You can easily search for anything! No need to get out of your browser and search again. Yahoo as you may know doesnt have everything google has searchable.


7) The organazation of Google and gmail is GREATTT! Very easy to find anything you need.


8)Google is alot better! It is more rich and Yahoo! is going down.........!





In conclusion. I must say the best feature of all is Googletalk! You can chat with anyone. Not just window live users like yahoo provides. Get gmail!
