The fields would be something like: From, Subject, Comment %26amp; Date
So an e-mail with the subject "Re: hey Mike" could be retitled to describe what it's about...
...instead of having to open it up each email to remember what it's asking for/ giving me/ ruminating on...
(I know you can do "Labels in Gmail but this looks clunky)

Is there a plug-in/add-on to Hotmail or Gmail that allows you to comment on e-mails in your in-basket?
Nope. I have a Gmail account and I haven't seen anything. None that I believe. I may be wrong though. Let's see what the other guys say.
